After completing his high school education in Iskenderun, Atty. Mert Sayın successfully graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Following his legal internship in Istanbul, he co-founded Gürkan & Sayın Law and Consultancy with the professional experience he gained.

Supporting his practical experience with academic studies, Atty. Mert Sayın graduated with honors from Kadir Has University Sports Law and Management Master's Certificate Program. As a founding partner, he currently provides strategic consultancy and professional litigation services to his clients in various legal disputes, especially in criminal law, commercial law, and IT law.

After graduating at the top of her high school class, Atty. Göksu Gürkan completed her law degree at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She undertook her legal internship and spent the first years of her career at a law firm in Istanbul. Drawing on this experience, she co-founded Gürkan & Sayın Law and Consultancy.

Complementing her legal knowledge with academic studies in other disciplines, Atty. Göksu Gürkan completed a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and an associate degree in E-Commerce and Marketing at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Open and Distance Education. She is currently studying Brand Communication at the same university. This background enables her to consider her clients’ needs from both legal and commercial perspectives, particularly in trademark, e-commerce and consumer law.

As a founding partner, she provides strategic advice and litigation services across a range of legal disputes, with a particular focus on family law, employment law, consumer law and trademark law.

Gürkan also provides legal consultancy to a corporate company on a project basis, giving her direct experience of legal processes within corporate structures.
